Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions

- In the same pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini and onion; cook and stir for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in sausage, tomatoes, rice, mustard, garlic salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
- Remove from heat; sprinkle with cheese. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
