Ingredients
- 4 slices of thick bread (sourdough or your choice)
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter, melted

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
