- 1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 cups rotini pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente and drain.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak bites until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked rotini and steak bites to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half and half. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
