Description

A delightful dish combining tender steak bites with rotini pasta, coated in a rich and creamy garlic parmesan sauce for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente and drain.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and sear the steak bites until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
  5. Add the cooked rotini and steak bites to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half and half. Add a dash of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.
