Description

Roasted sweet potatoes are a delicious and nutritious side dish featuring tender, golden brown sweet potato cubes seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, black pepper, and aromatic cinnamon. Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes (about 500g), cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly and cut into uniform cubes.
