  • Total Time: 24 minutes
  • Yield: 12 1x

Description

Roast Beef and Cheddar Sliders offer a flavorful, crowd-pleasing snack or appetizer made with tender deli roast beef, creamy cheddar cheese sauce, and tangy barbecue or Arby’s sauce, all layered on soft Hawaiian rolls. Topped with a savory seasoned butter and everything bagel seasoning, these sliders bake quickly and are perfect for gatherings or game days. Their easy preparation, gooey cheese, and playful presentation make them ideal for parties, potlucks, and family meals where hearty, shareable comfort food is a must-have centerpiece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian rolls
  • 12 ounces deli roast beef
  • 1/2 cup Arby’s original sauce or barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and slice horizontally with a serrated knife.
  3. Transfer the bottom half of the rolls to a baking sheet.
  4. Evenly layer the sliced roast beef on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Spread the Arby’s original sauce or barbecue sauce evenly over the roast beef.
  6. Spoon and spread cheddar cheese sauce over each slider, then replace the top halves of the rolls.
  7. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder in a small bowl. Brush over the tops of the buns.
  8. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning evenly on the bun tops.
  9. Bake for 12–14 minutes until tops are golden and cheese sauce is warmed through.
  10. Serve warm, with extra Arby’s sauce or barbecue sauce if desired.

Notes

Substitute roast beef with turkey, ham, or plant-based deli slices for variety. Use any favorite cheese sauce or shredded cheese as a replacement for cheddar cheese sauce. Make ahead by assembling sliders (without baking) and refrigerate up to 1 day; bake just before serving. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and reheat covered at 300°F until warmed through. If sliders become soggy, bake on a rack to crisp the bottoms. For even flavor, ensure sauce and cheese are spread to edges.
