Description

These fun and colorful Easter treats are made with crispy rice cereal, gooey marshmallows, and pastel M&Ms, shaped into adorable eggs—perfect for the holiday!


Ingredients

Base

  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 4 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Coloring

  • Food coloring (pastel colors: pink, purple, blue, yellow)

Additions

  • 1 cup Pastel M&Ms
  • White chocolate (melted for drizzle, optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add different food coloring to each batch, stirring well.
  5. Mix in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
  6. Grease your hands with butter and shape the mixture into egg shapes.
  7. Gently press pastel M&Ms into each egg while still warm.
  8. Place on parchment paper and allow to set for 20 minutes.
  9. Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
