These fun and colorful Easter treats are made with crispy rice cereal, gooey marshmallows, and pastel M&Ms, shaped into adorable eggs—perfect for the holiday!
Ingredients

Base
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 4 cups Mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Coloring
- Food coloring (pastel colors: pink, purple, blue, yellow)
Additions
- 1 cup Pastel M&Ms
- White chocolate (melted for drizzle, optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over low heat.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Divide the mixture into separate bowls and add different food coloring to each batch, stirring well.
- Mix in the Rice Krispies until fully coated.
- Grease your hands with butter and shape the mixture into egg shapes.
- Gently press pastel M&Ms into each egg while still warm.
- Place on parchment paper and allow to set for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate if desired.
