Description

Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer enriches your favorite brew with the cozy flavors of autumn. This homemade creamer blends heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice to create a creamy, aromatic addition to coffee. It’s gently heated to meld the ingredients and can be stored for up to a week, ensuring convenience and fresh flavor every morning.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 3 tbsp Pumpkin Puree

Instructions

  1. Combine heavy whipping cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk together thoroughly.
  2. Add pumpkin pie spice and whisk to mix.
  3. Add pumpkin puree and whisk until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a saucepan. Slowly heat over medium-low, whisking continuously until hot and steaming but not boiling.
  5. Remove from heat when steaming and continue to whisk occasionally while cooling to prevent a skin from forming.
  6. Once cooled, transfer to a lidded container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  7. Shake well before each use as spices may settle.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut or almond milk, and use sweetened condensed coconut milk. Shake container well before use as natural separation occurs. Make the creamer ahead and store in the refrigerator for up to a week in a sealed container. If the mixture thickens or clumps, warm slightly and whisk to restore smoothness. If the creamer curdles, ensure no boiling occurs during heating and use fresh dairy. Adjust pumpkin spice to taste; add more for extra spice. Great for gifting—pour into a decorative bottle and include instructions for use.
