- 1 can (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions.
- In a medium saucepan, combine turkey gravy mix with water and cream of chicken soup. Stir well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spoon 1/4 cup stuffing onto each turkey slice, roll tightly, and place seam side down in a greased 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Repeat with all turkey slices.
- Pour about 1 cup of prepared gravy over the turkey rolls.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Notes
Use deli or leftover turkey slices for convenience. Substitute cream of chicken with cream of mushroom soup for a different flavor. Opt for gluten-free stuffing and gravy mixes if needed. Assemble roll-ups a day ahead and refrigerate, then bake before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. If rolls come apart, secure with toothpicks. Thin gravy with extra water if too thick.
