Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

  • Total Time: 1 hour
  • Yield: 8 1x

Description

Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna is a mouthwatering fusion of Italian and American comfort food. Layers of savory ground beef simmered with garlic and marinara sauce, creamy ranch-Parmesan-bacon filling, classic lasagna noodles, and gooey mozzarella cheese come together for a truly satisfying main course. Each bite delivers a perfect balance of rich, cheesy, and smoky flavors, making it an irresistible family favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 9 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Mix ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon in a separate bowl.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Lay 3 cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Spread a layer of the beef sauce, followed by the bacon ranch mixture, and then a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella cheese on top.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  11. Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a lighter dish, substitute ground turkey for beef and use turkey bacon. Gluten-free noodles or low-carb zucchini slices can replace lasagna noodles. Make ahead by assembling and refrigerating for up to 24 hours before baking, or freeze before the final bake for up to 2 months. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 days. If your lasagna turns out watery, allow it to rest after baking so the layers firm up. Drain the beef thoroughly to avoid excess moisture.
