Loaded Brownie Cheesecake Cups combine rich, fudgy brownie crumbles with a luscious whipped cheesecake filling, layered in cups for a decadent, mess-free dessert. Finished with chocolate ganache, caramel sauce, and extra brownie crumbs, these irresistible cups offer a perfect balance of creamy, chocolate, and caramel flavors. Easy to prepare and perfect for gatherings, they are sure to impress your guests with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fudgy brownies, crumbled
  • 1½ cups full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • ½ cup chocolate ganache
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • ½ cup extra brownie crumbs (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula. Do not overmix.
  4. Add a layer of crumbled brownies (2–3 tbsp) at the bottom of each serving cup or jar.
  5. Spoon or pipe a layer of cheesecake filling over the brownie base.
  6. Drizzle a thin layer of chocolate ganache and caramel sauce over the filling.
  7. Repeat the layers (brownie, cheesecake, drizzle) until the cups are full.
  8. Top with extra brownie crumbs and additional drizzle for garnish.
  9. Cover the cups with lids or plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

You can swap homemade brownies with store-bought for convenience or use gluten-free brownies for a dietary alternative. Substitute mascarpone for cream cheese for a tangier flavor, or use dairy-free substitutes as needed. Make ahead by preparing layers the day before and chilling until serving; store in the fridge for up to 3 days. If layers seem too runny, ensure cream was whipped to stiff peaks and avoid overmixing; chilling longer also helps firm up the dessert.
