Instructions

  2. Make the Crust and Crumb Topping: Combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add the cold butter and cut it in using a pastry blender or fork until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Mix in the egg until the mixture is evenly combined.
