Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 teaspoons minced onion
  • 4 teaspoons minced green peppers
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (6-ounce) can crabmeat, drained

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, and butter. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
  • Stir in the seasoning salt and paprika, ensuring they’re evenly distributed.
  • Gently fold in the minced onion, green peppers, mozzarella cheese, and crabmeat. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  • Serve warm with crackers, veggies, baguette slices, or tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Fresh crabmeat can be substituted for canned crabmeat for a more flavorful dip.
  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some chopped jalapeños.
  • Avoid overbaking, as this can dry out the dip.
