Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ¼ tsp paprika
- Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions
- Using kitchen shears, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail.
- Gently pull the meat up and rest it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, and paprika.
- Season the lobster meat with salt and white pepper.
