  • Yield: 8 bombs 1x

Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are the perfect combination of cheesy, garlicky goodness and savory ground beef, all wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. A quick and easy recipe that’s perfect for snacks, dinners, or party appetizers—your family and friends will love every bite!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until the mixture is creamy and well combined. Remove from heat.
  4. Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the dough over the filling, pinching the edges tightly to seal.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of the bombs with this mixture.
  7. Arrange the bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let the bombs cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • To customize the filling, try adding cooked bacon bits, diced pickles, or jalapeños.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute the beef with sautéed mushrooms or plant-based crumbles.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
  • These bombs freeze well—wrap individually and reheat straight from the freezer!
