Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are a unique twist on classic cheeseburgers, perfect for appetizers, snacks, or casual meals. Juicy ground beef is blended with cheddar and cream cheese, seasoned with garlic and onion powder, then wrapped in flaky biscuit dough. Topped with buttery Parmesan and baked to golden perfection, every bite bursts with flavor and creamy cheese. Serve these delicious bombs hot and fresh for the ultimate cheesy treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet until fully cooked. Drain the grease.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, fold the dough over, and seal the edges tightly.
  5. Combine melted butter with grated Parmesan cheese. Brush the tops of each bomb with the butter mixture.
  6. Arrange bombs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh chopped parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Substitute ground turkey or plant-based alternatives for beef. Use mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese for a flavor twist. Prepare filling ahead, refrigerate up to one day, and assemble before baking for best results. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days; reheat in oven to maintain crispiness. To prevent leaks, ensure biscuit edges are fully sealed and avoid overfilling. For even baking, space bombs apart on the baking sheet.
