Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until combined.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
- If desired, create a swirl design on top using pastel-colored M&M’s or Easter-themed candies.
- Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
- Chill before serving.
