Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until combined.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour filling into graham cracker crust.
  6. If desired, create a swirl design on top using pastel-colored M&M’s or Easter-themed candies.
  7. Bake 40-45 minutes or until set.
  8. Chill before serving.
  9. How to Create the Color Swirl Effect :

    • Divide the Batter: Once you’ve mixed the cream cheese filling, separate it into 4-5 small bowls.

    • Add Food Coloring: Use gel food coloring (pastel shades work beautifully!) to tint each portion of batter. Stir well to get even colors.

    • Layer and Swirl: Spoon dollops of each color randomly over the plain cheesecake batter in the crust. Use a toothpick or skewer to gently swirl the colors together, creating a marbled effect.
