  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 ounces smoked gouda cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Place grated zucchini in a colander, sprinkle with salt, mix, and let sit for 10 minutes.
