Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (for topping)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix uncooked rice, both soups, chicken broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in cooked chicken and 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, mixing until evenly coated.

- Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, until rice is tender and the top is golden.
