Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, desiccated coconut, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, baking soda, and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking tray, pressing down firmly to create a compact layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
