- 1 package Kielbasa or smoked sausage (chunked)
- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (32 oz)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2.5 cups cheddar cheese (divided)
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (10 oz)
- salt, pepper, minced garlic & onion powder (to taste)
Instructions
- Add sausage, hashbrowns, onion, and 2 cups of cheese to a greased slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. Pour over the sausage mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top.
- Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
