  • 1 package Kielbasa or smoked sausage (chunked)
  • 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (32 oz)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2.5 cups cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup (10 oz)
  • salt, pepper, minced garlic & onion powder (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add sausage, hashbrowns, onion, and 2 cups of cheese to a greased slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix soup, milk, sour cream, and seasonings. Pour over the sausage mixture.
  3. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese on top.
  4. Cook on LOW for 6 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
