Ingredients
- 1 package smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Slice the smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine hash browns, ranch seasoning, cheese soup, sour cream, heavy cream, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
