- 1 box butter pecan cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cup vegetable oil
- 0.5 cup melted butter
- 1 cup chopped pecans

- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
- 1 jar caramel sauce (12 oz)
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 0.5 cup praline or toffee bits
- 1 cup whipped topping or vanilla frosting ((optional))
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, milk, oil, and melted butter until smooth, then stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While the cake is still warm, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cake, letting it seep into the holes.
- Pour caramel sauce evenly over the cake.
- Sprinkle toasted pecans and praline bits over the top.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- Spread whipped topping or vanilla frosting for an extra creamy finish, and drizzle with more caramel sauce if desired.
- Slice and serve.
