- Boil water and ginger: Start by boiling 500 ml of water in a saucepan. Add ginger. Bring to a rolling boil.
- Steep butterfly pea flowers: Remove saucepan from heat, add butterfly pea flowers, and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain: Strain the mixture to remove flowers, if desired.
- Add flavorings: Stir in honey, lemon juice, and observe the color change.
- Cool and Serve: Serve hot in a mug or iced in a glass with ice cubes.
