Description

This homemade Big Mac Wraps recipe brings all the iconic flavors of the classic burger into a quick, easy-to-make handheld wrap. Featuring a creamy special sauce, juicy ground beef, and fresh toppings, it’s perfect for weeknight dinners or on-the-go lunches.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Special Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

For the Wraps:

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Dill pickle slices (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Special Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped pickles, mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
    • Mix until smooth and creamy, then refrigerate.
  • Cook the Beef:
    • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add onions and sauté until softened (3–4 minutes).
    • Add ground beef, breaking it into crumbles, and season with salt and pepper.
    • Cook until browned and fully cooked (6–8 minutes). Drain excess grease.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    • Warm the tortillas to make folding easier.
    • Spread a generous layer of the special sauce on each tortilla.
    • Add cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and optional pickle slices.
  • Wrap and Serve:
    • Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap.
    • Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • To make these wraps low-carb, use lettuce wraps or low-carb tortillas.
  • Add a spicy twist by mixing hot sauce into the special sauce.
  • Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers, but assemble wraps fresh for the best taste.
