- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes skin-side down, then flip and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.
- Drizzle Bang Bang sauce over warm salmon and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Notes
You can substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a lighter sauce. For less heat, reduce or omit sriracha. Make-ahead tip: Prepare Bang Bang sauce up to 2 days in advance and store in the refrigerator. Store leftover cooked salmon in an airtight container for up to 2 days. To avoid overcooking, monitor salmon closely as cooking times can vary based on thickness. Use fresh lime juice for best flavor.
