Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, 1/4 cup honey, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
- Gently fold the nut mixture into the batter.
- Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
