Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Fold in grated zucchini, chopped apple, and walnuts if using.

Notes
