Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions

- Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl. If skipping the brine, add salt to the mix.

- Remove chicken and let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Slice and serve!
