Ingredients
- 1 package Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup baking mix
- 1 can pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup baking mix and pumpkin puree until smooth.
- Grease an 8×8 inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is slightly firm and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
If Reese’s mix is unavailable, substitute with any chocolate brownie mix and add 1/4 cup peanut butter chips. For pumpkin puree, unsweetened applesauce or mashed banana can be used but the flavor will change. Brownies can be baked a day ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or frozen up to 2 months. If brownies are too dense, ensure thorough mixing; if too dry, slightly underbake. For added flavor, stir in chocolate chips before baking.
